Rebirth offers psychiatric, mental health services to those aged 10 years. We provide care for a large variety of mental health concerns with a particular interest in autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

To use our telehealth services, the patient must be physically located in Louisiana during their appointment. We also offer in-person visits at our Slidell office on select weekdays.

Start by sending us a message with your contact information and a brief summary of your current concerns.

We will contact you to review your concerns. You will be asked to complete our intake forms, which include our policies and consents. This process allows us to collect some preliminary information to guide your first visit.

Once your intake paperwork is complete, we will reach out to schedule your first visit.

If we are connecting via tele-health, you will receive an email/text with the necessary information and links for your appointment.

Log on 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow for any technical issues to be sorted out before your provider arrives.

Check that you have a stable wi-fi connection. Use headphones. This will eliminate most background noise and ensure a private conversation with your provider.

Please do not connect solely to cellular service, as this does not provide a stable connection. While you may use your cell phone to have your visit you need to be connected to wi-fi or the internet.

Get comfortable. If there are technical issues, we will contact you at the number provided.
